The Regional Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction in the Americas

This second biennial session of the Regional Platform for DRR in the Americas will focus on tendencies, achievements and ways forward surrounding DRR as an integral part of development processes at the regional, national and local levels.

This event will bring together ministries and government authorities at various levels, NGOs and civil society, inter-governmental agencies, the international community, academia and the private sectors, as well as other actors involved in development processes and risk management.
