3rd South-South citizenry-based development academy (SS CBDA) - Proceedings

This document is the report of a workshop which was aimed to provide capacity development support to organizations and personnel engaged in citizenry-based development-oriented disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation initiatives in the Asia Pacific region and inter-regionally. It presents the specific learning outcomes of the workshop.

The 3rd International South-South Citizenry-Based Development Academy (3rd SS CBDA) was held from 22-26 November 2010 in the Bicol Region, Philippines with the theme 'Harmonization of Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation at the Local and Community Level: Learning from Good Practices in Community Resilience.'
