The goal is to update the Hemispheric Plan for the Reduction of the Education Sector’s Vulnerability to Socio-Natural Disasters. In order to achieve this objective, the EIRD Secretariat, together with the Organization of American States (OAS), Venezuela’s FEDE, and Trujillo National University in Peru, will hold the Second Hemispheric Conference on Disaster Reduction in the Education Sector.
